My maternity photography is not about runway-style-gowns, dramatic settings, or salon perfect blow-outs. It's about truthfully preserving these quiet moments with your baby, partner, and older children before your little one arrives.

Together, we'll plan an outfit that lets your beauty shine bright and location that feels right, whether the simplicity of the studio, the coziness of home, or the wonder of nature. What a gift it will be to share these photos with your child one day to show them the depth of your love, even before they were born

Your Maternity Photo Session Questions Answered:

“What should I wear?”

You will get styling assistance and access to a range of maternity styles from my curated client closet to dress you and your bump perfectly dress. Some people want to be covered up entirely. Others prefer some bare-belly photos. We'll ensure you look comfortable, natural, and radiant.

“Where should I take my maternity photos?”

Your maternity session can take place in-home, in the water, in a studio. . . whatever feels truest to you and your experience. We'll work together to pick the perfect spot. Wherever we end up, we'll time it, so the light is perfect, giving your miraculous body that extra magic it deserves.

“When is the best point in pregnancy to schedule my maternity photo session?”

Maternity sessions typically take place between 28-35 weeks of pregnancy. You can choose to book a maternity session as a standalone experience or as an add-on to any newborn photography session.

“Can my partner join me? What about my older children?”

Of course! Your partner, older children, and even pets are all part of your motherhood story. We’ll also get some images of just you and your growing baby to celebrate that unique bond.

“I’m not used to being photographed. Can you help me not look awkward?”

Nothing is more beautiful than a pregnant mama—except maybe a pregnant mama snuggling her older children. I'll be there to guide you and am always looking for the most flattering angles and the best shots to help you look back on this time with affection.
