In-home lifestyle session {St. Louis Family Photographer}

Sharing a really fun in-home lifestyle session today! When Allison contacted me for an in-home family session, I was thrilled…and slightly nervous! She is a local, super talented photographer. I love love love photographing other photographers but I am usually a giant ball of nerves leading up to the session. Yet, this sweet family made me fell right at home and it felt like I was photogprahjng my own family. Our kiddos our similar in age and personality. It was exactly what absolutely love to capture the most! There is something so amazing about shooting a session in the coziness of your own home. I start shooting from the moment I walk in. Home sessions allow me to catch all those simple everyday moments, like kiddos in their PJ, playing with their favorite toys, and eating snacks. Plus, kids instantly relax in their own home and I am able to capture their personalities.
