Motherhood is at the heart of my business. When I am shooting a family session , I find myself drawn to the mother-child bond. Sometimes it will be wild and crazy, other times delicate and quiet. One of the perks of being a family and newborn photographer is that I get to watch my families grow! Typically, most of my in-home newborn families,. return at 6-9 months for a milestone session and then for a 1 year family session. I can’t really explain how much I enjoy watching these babies grow. 2019 is coming to an end. Can you believe it? What a year it had been for me, both personally and professionally. We welcomed our third and final baby in October 2018. Our little guy is by far the family favorite around here. Ha! He brings so much joy and laughter to our lives, I can not imagine our family without him. That is not say there hasn’t been adjustment period because there totally has and still is!!! Life with 3 littles and a thriving business can be chaotic at times. I have learned that saying NO and setting boundaries is so important for my sanity.
